Only children and their parents/ guardians will be allowed in the studio. This is for immediate family ONLY. No extended family members will be allowed at this time. Session will be held in Centennial, Colorado. The address will be provided to booked clients only. An email will be sent out to you within 24hrs of your purchase that will include your session details & information.

IS MY CHILD TOO YOUNG?
Babies that can sit safely (with spotters) on the table and/or can be held would work well with this set too. Small children may stand on a stepping stool, if needed.

COVID PRECAUTIONS: There will be a 15 minute break between every session, so each family can exit and enter safely while we clean & sanitize the set. Clients will have their temperature taken & be asked to sanitize their hands upon entering. Masks are required for all members not being photographed. A new box of cookies will be provided for each family.

COVID CLAUSE: Parties agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless all Parties from and against any and all costs, expenses, damages, claims, lawsuits, judgments, losses, and/or liabilities (including attorney fees) arising either directly or indirectly from or related to any and all claims made by or against any of all Parties due to bodily injury, death, loss of use, monetary loss, or any other injury from or related to the Agreement, whether caused by the negligence of the Parties or otherwise specifically related to COVID-19.

TERMS & CONDITIONS:
* All sales are final
* Retainer fee is non-refundable
* Everyone must arrive to the studio 5 min prior to your session time
* Any tardiness of 10 minutes or more will forfeit your retainer fee
* Everyone must arrive dressed and ready to start
* Please make sure your child is fed and well rested by the time of the session
* Wynning Chance Photography will not be held responsible if the person(s) being photographed do not cooperate & the desired images are not obtained
* The session can be transferred but not refunded. If you need to reschedule, you will need to call 24 hrs prior to your scheduled session date & time. If you arrive late and/or you do not show up to your session, you will not receive a refund.
* Any additional editing requests by client will be billed at $35 per image
* Photos will be available to the Client within 2 weeks of the session date through a private online gallery. Client is encouraged to download all photos from the gallery and save in various locations to avoid the risk of losing them
